RETURNS
We greatly value your satisfaction!
When you order something from us we want you to be head over heels! Once your order arrives, if you are not absolutely in love with your treasure, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered, no problem. Our return policy covers most products up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include gift cards, furniture, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

STANDARD RETURNS
To return your item, simply contact us for instructions on how to return eligible items, and then put your package in the mail! You will receive a full refund on eligible item(s) less the original shipping charge.
REFUNDS
We will send you an email notification once we have received your returned item. Once your item has been received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we will make it right! If you received a defective or damaged item, please let us know so we can replace it for you. You can rest easy - the shipping charges for the returned item and the replacement are on us.
